Hospice care is
provided by a physician, nurse, social work counselor,
chaplain, nursing assistant, respite worker, dietician and
hospice homemakers. Others involved in care delivery include
our medical director, physical therapist, occupational
therapist, speech therapist, pharmacist, medical equipment
specialist, specially trained volunteers, patient and
